CI’s commitment to providing comprehensive and competitive benefits is demonstrated by the impressive tenure of our employees. Over 1/3 of our workforce has been with CI for over 10 years, and over 5% of our employees have been with CI for 20+ years!

We continue to show our gratitude and appreciation for our employees with CI Traditions such as our Years of Service Awards, Safety Week, and All Agency Meetings.  We are also embracing new opportunities to celebrate our employees and supported individuals! In 2021, CI’s Spirit Committee also held our first ever Food Truck event, featuring Zac’s Burgers where free lunch was provided for any staff and individuals who wished to participate.  Planning for similar events in 2022 has already begun!
